This is the part where every company is supposed to brag, making promises about the services it can offer to possible clients. We won't do the same (although, yes, we are good!). We avoid making promises. Or implementing expensive and complex solutions. We could do that, but our purpose is to do our job in the best possible way. And this means planning and developing systems that will best satisfy your demands.
Our consultants have gained experience from complex projects, working for important Romanian IT and telecommunications companies. They now posses prestigious professional certificates, such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified System Administrator or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. To work at PRAS, all our consultants must obtain in maximum three months from their employment date the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification.
And this is not all. We don't stop here. We are well aware that in this kind of business human resources are the most valuable good. Therefore, one of our main preoccupations is the continuous development and improvement of our human resources.
PRAS has implemented ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. PRAS has developed and implemented this quality management system to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide solutions that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements and to address customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.
